We got a contract from Max Plank Institute for Astronomy (MPIA) in Heidelberg to built flight units of a precision alignment mechanism designed by MPIA for the NASA WFIRST mission (Wide Field Infrared Survey Telescope).

The mechanisms will be used inside the ChoronoGraph Instrument (CGI) on board the WFIRST Satellite travelling to a L2 Orbit. The choronograph is designed to make high contrast images of exoplanets. The project is funded by NASA/JPL.

We are looking forward to a fruitful cooperation and a successful project.
