Dec 2018: vHS developed the LED calibration unit (NI-CU) for the Near Infrared Spectrometer and Photometer (NISP) instrument for the ESA Euclid Mission. The Flight Model was delivered at the mid of last year and has now been integrated into the NISP Instrument.

On the 3 December 2015, a Vega rocket from Kourou, French Guiana was launched carrying ESA’s Lisa Pathfinder satellite. The satellite, a technology demonstrator for a future gravitational wave observatory mission, carries a Command & Telemetry Interface (CTI) card designed and built by vH&S to be part of the Charge Management System (CMS) for the Blackett Laboratory, Imperial College London.

The most recent dust spectrometer COSIMA, launched in March 2004 will carry out its main analysis when reaching the orbit of the Comet 67P/Churyumov-Gerasimenko in May 2014. In September 2008 it will still expose a target for dust collection during the flyby at the Šteins asteroid.
